We are a dynamic multinational team united by a shared mission to create impactful educational and therapeutic resources. Our founders, Richa and Jagdish, are based in Ireland, alongside Ann, Anuj, and Shreyaj. Parul Cedilnik brings her expertise from Germany, while Anil, Jyoti, and Anjuman contribute their skills from India.

Our Story

Richa Yadav is a dedicated special educator and the Founder & CEO of Newbee Publication in County Waterford, Ireland. Her contributions to inclusive education have earned Newbee the "One to Watch" accreditation from the All-Ireland Business Foundation.

Richa is also an accomplished writer; her book "My Piece of the Sky" won third place at the American Gem Literary Festival, and her screenplay "15 Days" was shortlisted for the Waterford Film Festival. Additionally, she has been a yoga instructor in Waterford for over a decade, inspiring others with her creativity and positivity.

Jagdish Prasad Yadav, a senior occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience, has worked with the Health Service Executive (HSE) in Waterford for more than 20 years. As co-founder and COO of Newbee Publication, he developed the Locus app to support parents of children with developmental challenges, like Dyspraxia, especially during the pandemic.

Jagdish is also a published author, with books such as "Dementia: A Way Ahead" and "Ageing: A Milestone; A Way to Learn," focusing on caregiving and developmental health. He is committed to providing families with accessible, evidence-based therapeutic tools.
